Inn Between retains the spirit of an intimate B&B since the central unit is the lobby and a common area for all guests to enjoy, with the owners apartment next door. However, you aren't renting a room or suite but an entire apartment with it's own private entrance and fully equipped with all the latest modern amenities.
Breakfast is included with the apartments, and is served all day long just a few steps from your door at local favourite La Dame Tartine.

Le choix de ce nom fait d'abord référence à sa localisation géographique exceptionnelle, car son emplacement se trouve entre le quartier branché du plateau mont-royal (une rue au sud du parc Lafontaine) et à la limite nord du village gay, tout près du vieux Montréal et à deux pas du centre ville.
Suivant les tendances du marché mondial, j'ai opté ici pour l'espace, le confort et l'intimité. à partir d'un immeuble semi-commercial comprenant 2 commerces au rez-de-chaussée et 6 appartements aux étages reliés par de très grandes terrasses, j'ai développé un concept d'appartements-hôtel unique en ville. L'appartement central sert de lobby et son appartement adjacent (et communiquant) comme résidence pour l'hôte propriétaire. Ainsi quatre unités sont disponibles pour notre clientèle. Chaque paire d'unités peuvent communiquer par une porte mitoyenne insonorisée. En reliant tous les appartements par une terrasse commune clôturée , et en per�ant des accès entre chaque 2 unités adjacents, nous avons réussi à recréer l'atmosphère d'une grande maison accueillante et stylisée.
Ici, c'est toujours dans l'esprit du Bed & Breakfast comme à notre Auberge du centre-ville, puisque nous avons toujours le caractère intimiste avec un appartement central qui sers de lobby central pour l'accueil des invités, et son appartement adjacent et communiquant comme résidence pour l'hôte propriétaire. Mais plutôt que de louer une chambre, vous louer un superbe appartement au complet, entièrement équipé avec son entrée indépendante. Le petit déjeuner est inclus dans nos tarif, mais pour le moment il vous est servi au réputé restaurant Dame tartine www.dametartine.ca) situé à 2 pas de chez nous.

Minimum Stays:
Between May 16 and October 15th, a minimum 2 night stay is required on weekends. (Friday, Saturday)
Deposit Requirements:
A one-night deposit is required upon making a reservation. During certain special events, the full amount of the stay will be required when reserving and will not be refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival date : A $15 (+tx) cancellation charge will be deducted from the amount refunded. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date: No refund will be possible.
Group Cancellation Policy:
Special terms and conditions apply for groups renting multiple units, please contact us.
